Refund

If you're not entirely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days from the day you receive the order. We will then issue a full refund.

A refund will be made for any cancelled orders or for orders where we made a mistake. The amount to be refunded will be paid back on to the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have any queries about a refund, you can contact our Customer Service team at support@plantsfor your home.com.
